We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not purchase or broker personal data from data brokers.

ChamberIntel Data

ChamberIntel aggregates publicly available information about U.S. Chambers of Commerce and their staff from sources including IRS Form 990 filings, chamber websites, and public directories. This data is collected under fair-use principles and is not sourced from private user databases. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, contact us at the address below.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days after deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Security

We use TLS for all data in transit. Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext. We operate our own infrastructure and do not rely on shared cloud tenants for data storage.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@ayrio.net. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy
